Permanent Housing
Caritas of Austin provides permanent housing and supportive services for individuals who are chronically homeless and have a disability.
Program Eligibility: Clients must meet US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD)'s definition of "chronically homeless." Please call 512-472-4135. Our intake specialists will assess your situation and refer you to one of our programs.
Transitional Housing
Reentry/Passages – transitional housing for up to 18 months, case management for up to 24 months.
MYPLACE [Make Your Path Leave Addiction Choose Excellence] – transitional housing, case management and substance abuse counseling for up to 24 months.
Homeless Veterans- The ReEntry Program for homeless veterans has served veterans of all wars and conflicts from WWII to the present conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Through case management and transitional housing, veterans are able to become financially stable and attain the promise of a meaninful life, a way of life they fought to preserve.
Program Eligibility: Clients must be Single adult with no dependent and must meet HUD's definition of homeless.
