We can assist you with rent and provide long term case management and life skills training

COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM : One-time rent or utilies assistance.

Program Eligibility: A documentable emergency within the last 30 days; household income at or below 150% of the federal poverty guidelenes.

BEST SINGLE SOURCE PROJECT : Rent and/or utilities assistance, long term case management and life skills training.

Program Eligibility:

Household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines; the ability to be self-sufficient within 3 months.
