Our Amazon Wish List provides an easy option for shipping the most needed items directly to us. If you are ordering from the wish list, please let us know so we can expect the item.

Donation Drop Off Information
Donated items can be dropped off at our offices located at 611 Neches Street. To schedule your donation drop off, contact donations@caritasofaustin.org.
When you arrive, please call our front desk at 512-479-4610 and let us know you are here. A staff member will come out to get the donation from your vehicle.
NOTE: Please be aware of the Pantry hours when scheduling your donation. See below.

Community Kitchen Donations
During this time, our Community Kitchen is continuing to serve our neighbors with sack lunches five days a week. We currently have a need for:
- Personal size chips
- Snack sticks
- Trail mix packets
- Cheese and cracker packets
- New reusable water bottles
Prepared or perishable food, such as pre-made deli sandwiches and salad kits may be donated from licensed producers.
Gift Cards
Donated gift cards can help someone pay for their weekly groceries, buy toiletries, or purchase household necessities. Gift cards are a wonderful way to help an individual or family stretch their budget to cover all monthly expenses. A gift card of any amount is greatly appreciated, we but recommend $20-25 each.

Clothing: Unfortunately, Caritas of Austin does not have the capacity to accept clothing donations. If you are interested in donating clothes and shoes, we encourage you to donate to St. Vincent de Paul Store at the address listed below.

Furniture: We accept household furnishings on a case by case basis. Please include photos of your donation.
If you have household items you are looking to donate, we recommend donating to Gone For Good at (512) 297-6302. This organization runs a consignment shop that takes in furniture and other items, and donates proceeds of furnishings to a non-profit of the donor’s choice. If you choose this item, please select Caritas of Austin as your beneficiary.
We welcome donations of new household items. Certain categories of donations must be new in their original packaging: toiletries, kitchenware, nonperishable food, toys, children's books, and bedding.
We do not accept used cribs or car seats.
If you are looking to donate a crib or car seat, we recommend reaching out to the SAFE Alliance at 512-369-5900.
We accept household furnishings on a case by case basis. Furniture donations should include photos and descriptions of the donation.
