For donations placed over the phone, Caritas of Austin similarly stores donor contact information, but also financial information for recurring payments, within our donor management database. We encrypt financial information maintained in our donor management database, and access to the database is restricted to personnel with a legitimate business need to access or modify the information contained therein.
