Your Care Kit donation can provide vital supplies to those experiencing homelessness in Austin.
We know that well-being begins with having our physical needs met, and our Care Kits ensure that we can provide any walk-in clients with healthy snacks, necessary hygiene items, and severe weather supplies. We need your help to continue distributing these necessities.
Our Care Kits come from donations made by individuals and groups in our community. You can assemble these kits with friends, family, co-workers, and other groups. Big or small, all donations help provide our walk-in clients with living essentials!
We need Snack Packs and Hygiene Packs. Below is a list of what items to include in each. For more information or for a list of our most needed kits, please contact Troy Gilbert at tgilbert@caritasofaustin.org.
Please note that all items should be new and packaged in individual Ziploc bags for donation.
